Video Call Consultations – This is possible using Zoom. Together, we will virtually tour your home and discuss your ideas.
Phone Call Consultations – If you prefer not to video chat, we are happy to look at pictures of your home’s interior and discuss your project over the phone.
We make the process as seamless as possible. Based on our discussions, we create a design for you that reflects your needs and tastes using products from our wide array of trusted and well-known suppliers. We’re there every step of the way from inspiration to installation.
Residential Staging
Home staging is the preparation of a private residence for sale in the real estate marketplace. The goal of staging is to make a home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling a property more swiftly and for more money. Most buyers cannot imagine what the house could be, but rather they only can imagine exactly what they see.
The investment for home staging is often negligible to what a seller will lose if the house is not sold in the first 30 days.
Interior Design
Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space. Interior design is a
multi-faceted profession in which creative and technical solutions are applied within a structure to achieve a built interior environment. These solutions are functional,enhance the quality of life and culture of the occupants, and are aesthetically attractive. Designs are created in response to and coordinated with the building shell, and acknowledge the physical location and social context of the project. The interior design process follows a systematic and coordinated methodology, including research, analysis and integration of knowledge into the creative process, whereby the needs and resources of the client are satisfied to produce an interior space that fulfills the project goals.
Commercial
Staging
Commercial property staging is a specialty of some design professionals who deal exclusively or preferentially with commercial real estate marketing. Traditionally, commercial realty is shown empty to easily highlight the size and open, flexible layout of the space. However, staging tactics can be used to provide a better impression of a commercial property than simply viewing a vacant space, creating more buyer or renter interest and setting the stage for a profitable rental or sale, in the shortest time possible.
There are also simple and effective solutions for virtually any commercial space that is not for sale as well. Staging can optimize the use of the floor plan for maximum efficiency. Some of the easiest and most popular types of commercial properties to stage include restaurants, hotels, retail businesses and offices.
Feng Shui Services
Feng Shui (pronounced Fung Shway)–which literally translates to “wind and water” is the ancient Chinese art and science of spatial arrangement. It is a complex body of knowledge that reveals how to balance the energies of any given space to assure health and good fortune for people inhabiting it. The goal is to enhance the flow of Ch’i (life force or spiritual energy) and to create harmonious environments that support health, signal wealth and invite happiness. At its most basic level, Feng Shui is a design system based on the belief that our surroundings affect us.
